Returns Period

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused: The spoon and chopsticks must be in their original, unused condition.
- Original Packaging: The items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accompanying materials.
- Complete Set: If you purchased a set, all items in the set must be returned.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Please contact us via email at returns@Kotlery.com within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of your intention to return the items. Please include your order number and Optionally, the reason for the return in your email.
- Packaging: Carefully package the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, such as DHL, to ensure the safe return of your package.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for your purchase.
- Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately at support@kotlery.com with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in this case.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on items that have been used or damaged due to misuse.
